Informative Note pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
Pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, we hereby inform you that your stay in one of the Hotel Patavium structures entails the treatment of your personal data, which will be performed in full respect of your rights and fundamental liberties, with special reference to the legislation governing the protection of privacy and personal identity and the right to data protection and, in any case, in compliance with the minimum security measures established by law.
Pertinent to this, we hereby inform you that your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: a) performance of the service of hotel reception, and the deriving operations;
b) performance of legal obligations of a fiscal and accounting nature and similar;
c) communication of commercial, advertising and promotional initiatives reserved for Hotel Patavium clients and implemented by Hotel Patavium S.r.l., parent companies, and associated, affiliated or otherwise related companies.
However, in the event of a potential refusal to provide them, Hotel Patavium S.r.l. shall be unable to carry out the services listed above under letter a) and b). We would specify that the supplying of data and the consent to their processing for the purposes listed above under letter c) is free and optional, and that the data collected for such purposes will be retained for a maximum of 1 (one) year; without prejudice to the above, however, the eventual refusal to provide the personal data requested may make it impossible to take advantage of certain services and benefits reserved for Hotel Patavium clients. The processing of the data may take place using computerised, paper, digital, electronic, magnetic and video-surveillance tools, although the latter may only be installed in the communal areas of the hotel structures for the purpose of guaranteeing your personal safety and in compliance with the minimum security measures laid down in the Legislative Decree 196/2003. The data collected will be retained and stored at the premises of the Hotel Patavium S.p.A company in Padova, via Beato Pellegrino n.108. The video-recorded images will be conserved for the time strictly necessary to guarantee correct compliance with the above requirements. The data collected will be processed exclusively within the framework of the above requirements, and may be communicated to parent, associated and affiliated companies, or those otherwise related to the Hotel Patavium Group, both in Italy and abroad, exclusively ;or the management of the benefits reserved for Hotel Patavium clients.
In compliance with the minimum security measures, your data may also be communicated to public security bodies and other public and private bodies for compliance with legal requirements of a fiscal, administrative, financial and similar nature. Under no circumstances may the data be disseminated. You may at any time exercise your rights in relation to the Data Controller, in accordance with article 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, that is you may obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data regarding you, whether or not these are already recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. You are similarly entitled to obtain the updating, rectification, integration and erasure of the data. Finally, you are also entitled to object, wholly or partially, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even where these are relevant to the purpose of the collection, and also to the forwarding of advertising material or direct selling, or for the performance of market research or commercial communication surveys, by applying to the Data Controller, from whom you may also be provided, on request, with the complete and updated list of the Data Processors, which may also be consulted on the contacts page of the website: www.hotelpatavium .it
